The State of Arizona & the Pima County Health Department are currently revising their regulations for Food Trucks and Trailers. The regulations will be statewide instead of by county. They will be mirror the current regulations of Maricopa County. The new regulations will be available after August 3, 2018. The Pima County Health Department will be conducting several workshops to inform food truck/ trailer owners of the new regulations. They will send out flyers to current owners registered with the county and to the commissaries. If you are just starting out you can contact the health department to be put on the list to receive the workshop information.
